— Oil Purification System —
The Turbo-VAC Oil Purification System is designed to remove water, entrained gases, and harmful particulates from industrial oils, extending oil life and improving machine performance.
An oil purifier is a system designed to remove unwanted contaminants from industrial oils, including lube and hydraulic fluids. These devices are commonly referred to as oil dehydration units, oil purification systems or simply oil dehydrators. They are specifically engineered to remove water, gases, and solid particles, all of which can compromise oil performance and damage machinery.
Turbo-VAC delivers…
- Superior Performance: Efficient, low-heat, low-vacuum process removes water while preserving oil integrity.
- Proven Efficiency: Reduces water content from 1,000 ppm to less than 20 ppm in a single pass.
- User-Friendly Monitoring: Real-time monitoring with PLC controls, a large color touchscreen HMI, and analog displays for oil pressure, temperature, vacuum level, and filter differential pressure
- Versatile Compatibility: Handles a wide range of industrial oils, including hydraulic, gear, transformer, and engine oils, up to ISO 1100 viscosity.
Benefits
ENSURES
CLEAN OIL
Removes all free water, up to 90% of dissolved water, and harmful particulates to achieve optimal oil cleanliness levels.
IMPROVES EQUIPMENT RELIABILITY
Clean oil reduces friction, overheating, and wear —enhancing machine performance, uptime, and productivity.
EXTENDS OIL AND MACHINERY LIFE
Prevents oil degradation and machinery corrosion, reducing the frequency of oil changes and expensive repairs.
SIMPLE, LOW-COST OPERATION
Self-contained and automated, with low energy use, minimal maintenance, and an intuitive PLC touchscreen for easy monitoring.
Turbo-VAC Series
Model | Circulation Rate (GPM) | Reservoir Volume (USGAL) |
---|---|---|
Turbo-VAC5 | 6 | Up to 1000 |
Turbo-VAC10 | 11 | 1000 – 2000 |
Turbo-VAC20 | 22 | 2000 – 5000 |
Turbo-VAC50 | 50 | 5000+ |
Ease of Use
The innovative design includes many reliability, ease-of-use and performance features aimed at maximizing operational efficiency and uptime.
Turbo-VAC purifiers are designed to operate continuously across a wide range of viscosities, elevations and pipe runs with no adjustments, ancillary equipment or operator intervention required. They are fully self-contained and self-diagnosing with PLC controls and a large color touchscreen HMI.
A full gauge panel provides convenient analog monitoring of vital system parameters, including oil pressure and temperature, vacuum level, and oil filter differential pressure. A water sensor contin-uously monitors water content and oil temperature.
